Does the New Year mean more salads in your diet? Trust me, as much as I would love to love salads, I don't. Of course, a girl still needs to get her greens it so I would resort to barbarically shoving spinach into my mouth while making dinner. One of my New Years Resolution was to eat a normal salad how normal people do. In order for me to start eating these super power bowls of greens I needed an AMAZING dressing. If you have experimented with low fat salad dressings, you know that tomatoes mixed with some type of fruit is the foundation, which I just can not grow to like. After much research on Google, blog stalking, and YouTube I found my dream dressing. I can't get enough of this stuff and it takes about 20 seconds to make.

I give you the 3/2/1 Dressing:

3 TBSP Balsamic

2 TBSP Dijon Mustard

1 TBSP Grade B Maple Syrup

I like to massage my kale with this heavenly concoction. If you have extra ingredients laying around I would recommend throwing in chopped onions, freshly squeezed lemon, and nutritional yeast.

I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
